Lynda Moss M.A. (Counselling Psychology), CCC.

Lynda Moss has a clinical background that is rooted in conventional psychodynamic training and complimented by a variety of Holistic psychotherapies. Through therapeutic Intervention - psychological and emotional blocks to self-fulfillment and health are revealed.

Lynda seeks to uncover and release these negative belief systems, along with any suppressed emotions. This process allows natural healing to occur and restores the individual to a positive modality of living.

Ms. Moss has a background of over 30 years in the therapeutic profession and has recently obtained a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Vermont College in the United States. This program offered her an orientation in non-traditional psychodynamic therapies such as: Depth Psychology, Transpersona Psychology and Holotropic Breathwork, and Spirituality
